The model
Finance the customer. Keep building the business.
Customer acquisition cost, or CAC, is an investment in future customer value. We assess that value through acquisition cost, margin, and retention, then fund an agreed cohort of new customers.
01
Understand the economics
We review your cohort data, contribution margin, and retention to identify the acquisition spend your business can support.
02
Fund proven acquisition
Capital goes into agreed channels. The non-recourse product purchases a share of that defined cohort’s future gross profit.
03
Collect to a clear cap
Collections follow the financed cohort’s performance. Once the agreed return cap is reached, the remaining cohort gross profit stays with you.
Choose the right structure
Two ways to finance what works.
For DTC and e-commerce brands
Non-recourse financing
A capped purchase of cohort gross profit. No personal guarantee, no equity dilution, and collections tied to the financed customers’ actual performance.
A separate structure for established businesses able to provide company or parent credit support, with pricing that reflects duration and the support provided.
No. It's a non-recourse purchase of a share of your future cohort gross profit — a true sale, not debt. There's no interest rate, no maturity date, and no recourse to you.
What does it cost?
We collect a set share of the cohort's gross profit until a fixed return cap (e.g., 1.30× of capital deployed). Total cost is bounded by that cap; we provide all applicable cost disclosures before funding.
What if the cohort underperforms?
You owe nothing beyond what the cohort actually generates. We absorb the shortfall — that's what non-recourse means.
Do you require a personal guarantee?
Not on the non-recourse product. The corporate tier is backed by a company/parent guarantee in exchange for lower-cost capital.
How fast is funding?
Typically 5–10 business days from a complete data room to first deployment.
