What we underwrite: cohort economics, not credit scores

Traditional lenders read a balance sheet. We read your customers. Here's how a cohort gets from raw data to a funded structure.

A brand can be deeply fundable on a cohort basis and invisible to a traditional credit model. We underwrite the asset that actually generates the return: the customers you acquire with our capital.

Verified contribution margin

We reconcile platform-reported revenue and gross profit against bank settlement and processor data — after COGS, fulfillment, fees, and returns. Verified inputs, not self-reported ones, drive the structure.

Retention and lifetime value

We fit survival, hazard, and BG/NBD-style models to forecast lifetime cohort gross profit with uncertainty bands, then size advances off the lower band to preserve downside protection.

The gates that matter

  • $250K+ monthly net revenue with six-plus months of trading history.
  • Contribution-positive economics with GP/CAC of roughly 2.5× or better.
  • Repeat-purchase or subscription behavior that makes lifetime value forecastable.
  • Clean cohort attribution through your commerce and ad platforms.
Why the lower band

Sizing to the conservative forecast band means the structure holds up even when a cohort lands below expectation — protecting both sides.
